Hey everyone! What is your healthy food and work out plan today?! Mine is to do at least 45 minutes working out and to walk and not take the bus! And I dont plan on eating any gains tonight, And for dinner chicken and veggies! And veggies and fruit though out the day! Keep it up everyone! :flowerforyou:

Great work out videos!
Hi everyone! I wanted to share a youtube video with all of you! I think the girl who does the videos are great and they dont seem to be too hard.
