What do I need to do in the gym to lose all my weight first?
I have lost about 20 lbs in 71 days. I am now stuck at 180 and can't go down no matter how hard I try. What do I need to be doing to get passed this?!? I have been using the elliptical for 39 minutes everyday 5 days a week. What should my calorie intake be? I'm 180lbs. 21yo. Was 200lbs. And 5'11. Please help ;)
