First day of 30DS......
And oh my god I hate that woman!! I thought I was pretty fit generally- I ran a half-marathon! But no, it seems I was wrong. How can I do this for 30 days?!

How is that even possible....
I weighed myself on Friday morning and had lost 3lb, stuck to the diet Friday and Saturday, weighed myself this am and I am 5lb heavier?!?!!?! There's no WAY I gained 5 lbs in a day when I had 700 cals and worked out?! Feeling so upset- was so good all week and for WHAT?!

Having a bad day
Today, I hit my 100lb lost mark - I should be thrilled, but my company uploaded a video I feature in today that was only filmed this week, and all I can think is that I still look the size of a house!! It's just depressing! Could use some help to stop me reaching for the crisps today please! :(
