Every day I seem to find that my summary shows really high levels of Vitamin A - on Sunday it says Vitamin A - 887% Goal 100% so I'm in the red for ingesting 787% more vitamin A than I should be. I eat a very healthy vegan diet - what could be causing this?
Hi there I am new to this whole site - so far I've found the calorie counter to be quite good, it has lots of Australian products. Biggest discovery so far? 2 slices of Woolies wholemeal bread has 20 calories LESS than 2 slices of Coles wholemeal bread.
