This is getting expensive!
Started my new 'get fit' again regime back on 1st September last year. My wait size has now gone from 38" to 30". This has meant a monthly shop for new trousers, shirts etc... In a rather weird way I don't mind. I miss my beer, but love the kick I'm getting from running regularly again :)
