I'm 19 years old, about 5 foot ten and I weigh about 210. The BMI app I have tells me I'm obese.

Need help starting
I am currently 5'10" and about 211. I want to lose the belly I have, cut the muscle, and also get a bigger body. Is that even possible. What body weight works outs are the best to do this and does running matter at all?
