Weigh In Day and Weight
Hi all, Question on a good day to mark as official weekly weigh in day? Are Monday mornings best or maybe Friday mornings? Before weekend vs. after weekend? Also, on weight numbers, should I enter tenths? So if one week I am at 239 and the next week it is 238.4 is that what I should enter. Or just round up/down…

Just getting started on losing around 60 pounds. I do a lot of photography and getting up some of those trails have been getting harder and harder, so time for a change! Looking for friends to share this adventure with! Charles
