Coming back after a bereavement
So, I'm not new here but been away for a month or so. Sadly, on 4th November, my father passed away from cancer. I need to get back at this as I have gained some of the weight I lost. I am a trainee children's nurse and need to get the weight off. Would love some support and it will be returned. Thanks x
