I am trying to find simple lunches that fit the paleo lifestyle. All I find are mock ups of fat food like the meatball sub on zucchini, and Sweet Potato Nachos. As Awesome as those sound - its not for me. And for some reason I cannot think of just typical simple lunches. Any ideas?
