Are my macros correct?
I am a 16 year old girl who lifts and does cardio 5-6x a week. Lately I have been very hungry, so I have increased my macros. I eat about 1800 calories, 245g carbs, 125g protein, and 60g fat. Am I eating too many carbs? I used to eat about 215g but lately my metabolism has been on fire! Can I still lose weight with these…
