Ready to lose last 9 lbs
I am new to myfitnesspal. Have to lose last 9 lbs in next 3 weeks. Currently I am on low carb diet (60 gms/day ) and eating my protein through whey/fish and bcaa. Baked sweet potato is the only carb I am eating. Also drinking green juice which consists of kale,spinach,celery,lettuce and dandelion.
