Water
So, I have to go to the bathroom every 15-30 minutes even when I'm not drinking much. This has caused me to drink less. Which has increased the Braxton Hicks. I really need to start drinking more, but I don't have time to go to the bathroom any more! :ohwell:

I'm not looking for a political debate. I don't care who you are going to vote for, or why. But I just read on CNN that Paul Ryan does P90X. I did P90X, so I find this a little interesting, but really my thought is who cares what workout plan someone does or doesn't do. What about you--do you care that Paul Ryan does P90X?…

Is anyone else tired
Is anyone else tired of people on MFP not believing that a BMR can be 1200 or even a little lower. Or that maintenance can be 1500 calories? I envy those that are eating 2000 calories per day to lose weight, but it annoys me that they think that because they can do it at 5'7", I must be able to do it at 5'0".

Tea
Does tea really have zero calories? I've heard that tea and coffee are zero calorie drinks. However, when I enter coffee in the tracker, it says 2 calories. When I enter tea, it says 0. Is tea really 0? What about diet coke?

New and a little confused
MFP says that my Net Calorie Goal each day is 1200. Then it says net calories = calories consumed - calories used. My exercise goal is 150 calories per day. Does that mean I'm supposed to eat 1350 per day? I assumed 1200 per day plus burn 150 per day. However, that isn't what the equation seems to say??
