What if I am not 'lightly active' ALL the time?
On days I only go to the gym (off of work), I keep it at 1,200 calories. On days I work, I plan the day throughout 1,330 calories, as well as on days that I go to work AND attend the gym. Is this OK? Is there another way to work around this?

Should I eat more on days I work out?
On MFP profile, I am lightly active, want to lose 2 lbs per week, and my recommended calorie intake is 1360. I was wondering, do I always eat that amount of calories, even if I burn 500 calories during my workout? Or do I eat more to balance it out? Thanks in advance :)
