I want to share my new creation with all my peeps I just had an incerdible delicious meal: Cuban style black beans Lemon herb rotisary chicken lowfat cottage cheese-(instead of sour cream) pace salsa avocado all wrapped in whole wheat tortillas.....ole' less then 500 calories It was like a fiesta in my mouth:happy:
:smile: I want to share a little inspiration. All to often, Women who do to much eat on the run, resulting in poor nutrition. The idea isn't just to stuff something into our bodies. The idea is to put something that is GOOD for us into our bodies (but chew it very well first) Have a strong day :)
