Paraplegic need help!!!!
Okay Im lost. I need to figure out my proper BMR for a 39 year old male, 6'2 height, and 266 lbs with paraplegia (sedimentary during winter). Second issue. The app has told me my BMR is 2740 calories a day. I set up for 2 lbs a week, which is 1000 calories off that. So my daily caloric intake should be 1740 calories a day.…
