So I successfully started Fitnesspal last January and lost all the baby weight from my 18month old in about 3 months sans 10 pounds. Does anyone do these dvds with the ball and weights? I love the 20 minute workout when I don't have time for anything else but don't know how to log it in to my daily exercise.
