Can anyone tell me how many calories there are in 50g UNCOOKED oats? I know the packaging carries the info but I am nit sure if that info is uncooked or cooked? For example the package states the 50g of oats with water is 180calories- is that 50g cooked or uncooked - 50g when cooked is about 150g cooked). Hope someone out…
