So long story short I've been here before and lost 65 pounds and now I'm back because I gained 55 back. It's really sad when I think about it,but you know what I just need motivation and I would love for you to be my motivator. Thank you

I admit I'm a yo-yo dieter! IT SUX! About 3 years ago I made a promise to myself to lose some weight. I lost 63 pounds!!!!! I totally amazed myself. I was a great motivator to so many.
