Maintenance and Exercise calories
I'm not on maintenance yet but I only have a few pounds to go (but we all know how hard those last couple of pounds are to lose) and I'm just mentally preparing myself for when that day comes......Do you still eat back you execise calories once you are on maintenance???? Thanks

Lowering weight loss per week
When I started MFP almost 7wks ago I set my weight lose to be 2lbs per week. I lost 5lbs (definitely not 2lbs a week, but it was something) and in the last couple of weeks I have been at a stand still even gained .8lb....which I'm sure was due to a couple bad weekend days. Discouraged
Last week I lost 2 lbs and was so motivated and confident...according to the scale this morning I have gained 2.4lbs. I am not sure how or why. I drink 4-5liters of water a day, try and watch my sodium intake. Its not my time of the month and I don't feel bloated. I also doubt its gained muscle.....any suggestions?
