Week 3 WI
So I'm the same after week 3. I struggled with hunger these past few days, but I can honestly say that I stuck to the plan, with the exception of waffling the exercise a bit, so I confess I'm disappointed. Week 2 weigh-in
1.4 lbs down. Had hoped for more, but it's a win in my book. There are some inches missing, I followed the plan, and feel pretty darned energetic overall. Bring on Week 3!

Week 1 weigh-in
Down 8! Really pleased with that result. There's obviously some water & TOM weight gone in there, but I think there's also a solid loss. DH claims a 13 lb loss altogether. Feeling great about starting week 2...
