Day 1 - Squats, Lunges, Crunches Day 2 - Walked 2 Miles! Progress!!!!
Just thought we could have a thread where we could share our NSV. I have three so far! I've exercised 5 days in a row. I've maintained my weight. I fit into a dress I haven't been able to wear in a few months and I looked good in it.
So according to the TDEE calculator, I have 2163 calories. After eating 1200 or less calories, I'm wondering if this is accurate and what I should do. Thanks!
I don't get how this is happening and I'm really discouraged.
