Weight, Poop and Exercise (Sorry, I know that it's gross)
Okay, I'm really getting into my health and fitness regime. I'm exercising on the treadmill everyday (approximately one hour), and I'm tracking/weighing/counting what I eat. Here's my dilemma (and if you're squeamish about what we all do everyday, this is probably a good place to exit the dialogue)... I don't poop first…
