Hello all, I'm new to this site , just started 2 weeks ago. 6 lbs down so far, 81 to go!! I'm using turbo jam dvds for my main workout.. Looked into doing turbo fire, but I don't think my poor knees can handle it just yet. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to maximize weight and inch loss, or any recent success…
