Body vive calorie Burn??
Hi there I am going to do a body vive class for the first time tomorrow (infact its my first time doing any sort of excercise class for about 9 years :laugh: ) and was just wondering if anyone out there knows how to calculate how many calories you burn doing an hours class??? thank you
