Bored of the treadmill.
Trying to lose weight and doing most of my work outs on the treadmill, but it gets boring. It's been awful rainy and cold and I don't really live in a place where I can run outside. A lot of people say I should try the 30 day shred, but it's only about 30 minutes long. I need something else to do. I can only go to the gym…
