Milestones.
Feel free to share - what are your 'milestones' that you've overcome? Not long ago, I reached a scientifically 'healthy' weight - now I've crossed the 10st bridge! 9.13! :D What are the biggest milestones you've hit/ hope to hit? :)

The wobble vs joint pain.
So just starting...kind of again. I'm really determined to try hard this time (and to some day get over my crisp addiction), so I'm eating a lot more fruit and veg, no chips or real carbs at dinner, etc. My problem is going to be exercise, and I know you have to do it to get rid of the wobbly belly. So, over about 1 year and a bit I have lost about 2 1/2 stone - from 13 to 10 1/2. This was due to my diet being extremely poor before and now it's average.
