Always over carbs and sugar
I am always over my carbs and sugar. I am doing the T25 workouts but not following the diet. I eat unprocessed foods , fruits veggies etc. I just can't seem to stay under carbs and sugar and I'm really not seeing the weight loss I was hoping to so I wonder if this is why.
