So I want to loose 13kgs
So I have about 13kgs to loose that I unfortunately can't get to :( any tips? I have lost alot of weight in the past, I am also on the pill and I realize it makes me hold a lot of water retention I am 79.8kgs at the moment and 163cm in height my weight jumps from 77kgs to 80 at times.
