Plateau?
Hi. I've been using MFP since November religiously. I cut my calorie intake to 1200 a day, and I started to working out (Cardio) 5 or 6 days a week. I usually eat the calories that I've burned in exercise. Since November, I've lost 20 pounds. I am 5' 5 and weigh 150 pounds. I was really excited to go from 170 to where I am…
