Hello, breasfeeding mom trying to loose weight
Hello, I have a beautiful 6 month old and am breastfeeding. I have not been able to loose the weight I gained while pregnant. Of course I haven't been eating well or exercising like I should. Just needing to get some support on trying to get started with exercising.
