Pretty sure I have a diabetic toe ulcer under my foot. I clean it with hydrogen peroxide, so I’m hoping it won’t become infected. Having a lot of issues having energy to get up and walk/do things. I always choose the worst snacks. What snacks would be good that come in single servings that are low in calories at say Dollar General? And is gatorade better for you than soda?
