How do you guys log in workout videos as. For example if I do Jillian Micheals 6 week 6 pack, or shape with gunnar peterson. I've just been putting it as aerobics is this what you guys do?
I'm looking for a jazz up in my workout routine. On days I can't go to the gym I throw in a work out video. I have a couple jillian michaels, some shape ones. Are there any ones in particular anyone can reccomend?
