monounsaturated fats. how much do you consume?
I've recently discovered that monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat has some health benefits. On a daily basis I eat around 5 grams of monounsaturated fat. Yesterday I ate 10 grams. I've tried to Google how much is good and how much is too much. Does anyone else track these fats? Can you get too much of these fats?
