Has anyone who is not a size 2 had much success with either Yoga or Pilates?? I have a gym membership that offers tons of free classes and I'm trying to find the right one for me. I am not obese but not "small" either. Everything I research just shows Skinny Minnie's doing the poses. It seems a bit intimidating.
I need help finding tasty, HEALTHY snacks. I don't like the taste of most "diet" foods (kale, chia seeds, weird other things I cant spell ;) ) I need something that basically tastes like a snickers bar but isn't going to kill my calorie goal for the day. Any suggestions?
