It's so tough starting a diet after all that delicious holiday food, I'm really hoping to make some friends on here so we can support each other on our weight loss journey.
I struggle at the weekend to stay within my allowance, any ideas to what I can do to stay on track.
Just wondered if any of you have achieved good weight loss using the extra calories gained through exercise? Thanks
