Hi all, I attend slimming world, and I want to keep track of my losses/gains on here. This week I lost half a pound. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to add half a pound loss or if you even can because it doesn't seem to be letting me at the moment. Thanks all x
Hi all, I'm 26 and I'm fairly new to using MFP - I've recently started to use it every day. My goal is to lose 3 stone, I've currently lost 9lb since the beginning of January but that's been lost doing the 5-2 diet. My problem is that I need more motivation and I'm hoping that people on here can help with that!! Suzie
