Eating right and excerising: not losing weight?
Hi! When I joined, I weighed 274 lbs and now (after about a month) I've gotten down to 261. However, I've been the same weight for the past two weeks! I've been going to gym almost every single day and burning about 500 calories each time, in addition to eating about 1500-1200 calories each day! What gives? It could be…
