Hey all - I've been entering in 'cabbage soup - homemade' for my diet cabbage soup that I make each week, but I'm not sure what the breakdown of the ingredients are in the database. Does anyone know how to check that? I'm looking to modify the recipe to make it low carb, and I'm wondering if just eliminating the cabbage…
