I know that packing my lunch every day is better for my waistline and my wallet. But I'm pretty much out of inspiration! I'm good about packing the apples, carrot sticks and other "sides" but need ideas for the main dish. Anyone have favorite recipes? Ideally with high fiber and vegetable protein?
What a cool site! I already feel more motivated - now it would be great to have some "friends" on here, too. I'm not really sure what that means exactly yet, but it would be fun to know that I have a virtual network of folks out there for support! Cheers everyone!
