What are some good exercises to tone the flank area? It seems no matter what I do, this area is not budging at all. :/ Getting frustrated....
I have a spinning bike and I finally went downstairs to use it again (been about a year) and there is NO tension. Not too sure how to go about fixing this? Any ideas?
I've heard and read a lot about it but what I want to know is, does it taste good? I'm always looking for something quick with LOTS of protein when I'm in a hurry so I don't end up getting something unhealthy.
