I am near my goal weight of 145 pounds. I am 5'7" and weigh 152. I try to get in aerobic exercise every day. I am looking for friends to keep me going in the right direction. I will also post comments on your workouts. My diary is open to my friends for accountablity. I walk, run, bicycle and spin for exercise.

Hi, I am near my goal weight. I am 5'7" and currently weigh 152 pounds. I have lost 37 pounds and want to get down to 145. I exercise most every day. I walk, run, bicycle, and spin. I log my food and exercise daily and my diary is open so my friends can view it.
