Hi there all fellow fitties. I am working hard at keeping fit and healthy. I started my fitness regime and work hard at a boot camp. 5 days a week boot camp and 4 days a week at work. Anyway hi to all.
I started my diet and fitness plan on 02.01.2014. I am working out at a boot camp. In my four weeks I have lost 1 stone. Loving feeling healthier. Hope everyone is doing well.
