When you are counting calories based on BMR set by your height and weight....does it matter WHAT type of calories you are taking in as long as they are within your range? I was raised to believe their are Good and Bad Fats as well as Good and Bad Calories. What are your thoughts?
I started MFP last week and already I feel addicted to logging in my food intake. I'm surprised by the amount of proteins in many foods I didn't think had protein in them! My goal is to lose 40 lbs. I find this site helpful.
