p90x coloric burn
I searched and searched to see if there were any posts about this already. I was wondering if anyone has found anywhere how many calories on average do the p90x dvds burn. I've been doing the lean routine but cant seem to find a good number to punch into fitness pal. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
