Hi, Some advice please. I am 6ft tall and a bloke. I weigh 280 lbs or 20 stone in old terms. I have been going to the gym for 3 week now. I do around 75 minutes on the tread mill at 3.5 mph and on incline 4. I then do 30 minutes session on the weights. I do this 4 days a week. I thought I would eat the same food everyday…
