I would love to have daily exchanges with people who need encouragement. I am good most of the time, then life happens and exercising goes off the window. At least I am still good with food, but slipping there too. .. anyone? :)

Hi, I m arealy frustrated. Everytime I lose about 10-15 lbs, it's like my brain goes boink and sends signals to start eating bad things again.. how can I move past this problem and keep losing? thank you for any help you can give me. Robi
