Almonds in induction ......????please help
Hi,I have started induction today.I have been trying the low carb for 2 weeks and now i am starting the real deal.I wanted to know can I have almonds during inductions ?I read in the book that nuts are not allowed but came across someone who did have almonds during induction and could lose abt 30 lbs!I really find it hard…
