Gym or at home workouts?!
Hey all, I am newer to this website. Trying to lose about 90lbs. I have done the at home workouts. 30 day shred and some Bob Harper ones as well. I get a really good workout. Sweat a lot and can feel it for sure. My problem is commiting. I know now that I am going to stick with it this time. Eating better has been the…
