Anyone doing 5:2?
I only started doing IF yesterday, and I started with the 16:8 IF program, but I really, really like the looks of the 5:2 program. I eat really healthy, I just seem to eat too much! I don't eat junk foods, if I eat out, it's something healthier (like sashimi), etc. I LOVE the idea of being able to eat "whatever I want" 5…
