5'9 - 160 pounds - Desk Job
Hi guys! I seem to have plateaued at 160 pounds. I am unsure how many calories would be ideal for me to consume? I sit for 8 hours a day and am currently doing p90x3 on average I burn around 400 cals each day from doing the workouts. I feel like 1200 calories (recommended by mfp) would be too little? Help? Lol Thanks :)
